Stanchion Bowling

Carol has been a member of the Stanchion bowling team for eight years. She went to several state tournaments and two national bowling tournaments in Reno. We loved and supported Carol through her illness and her upbeat and positive attitude cheered our team to victory. Pictured: Carol, Diane Benson, Bev Mahlke, Sue Myrmel, Terri Michurski, Jan Witzke, and Verna Shepherd.

We were blessed to have had lunch on October 4th in Hudson, Wisconsin with Carol and Rand. Pictured: Jan, Verna, Bev, Diane, Carol and Rand.

Carol and the Shelby Cobra

In July of 2006 Carol and Rand were at the Virginia International Speedway. The folks in charge were letting people out on the speedway, and Jeff Burgy took Carol out for a few spins around. Carol thoroughly enjoyed the ride.

Carol in the Bahamas

Carol and Susan spent a week of sun and fun at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, May of 2000. They enjoyed all sorts of "free" beverages and activities. Some of the red in the picture is a side effect of the "free" beverages, and some of it was because of the wonderful sun! It was one of Susan's best memories of Carol, and it was great they spent the time together. It was the first time Susan really knew about the constant conversations Carol had with herself.
